This very private 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sits on 1.5 acres, has a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, two decks including one off the master bedroom, a heated two car garage, and plenty of room for one large family or several families or friends together. Relax with your coffee on the deck and take pleasure in the views of the river, wildlife, and the aurora. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster, and crockpot. Guests have access to an outdoor fire pit, indoor wood stove, and a 2 car heated garage. Our house is located right on the Chena River between Fairbanks and North Pole, AK. It is a 15 minute drive to North Pole and 15 minutes to downtown Fairbanks. The international airport is about 20 minutes
